Made to measure wooden venetian blinds create a warm, natural look to your home without the need to cut a standard size blind to size. The blinds are easy to operate, they compliment a traditional house but also look fantastic in a modern house and add a touch of style to compliment your decor. Our Sherwood wooden venetian blinds are made from wood taken from forests managed in a sustainable manner.
Our Sherwood wooden venetian blinds are manufactured with colour co-ordinated parts. These parts are the ladder braid, control cords, headrail, bottom rail, facia and end fix brackets.
Our deluxe range is the Sherwood range of wooden venetian blinds. This range offers a choice of control options to allow you to configure the controls for your needs. If tape is chosen for your blind then 13mm tape is used for blinds with either 25mm or 35mm slats and 25mm tape is used for blinds with 50mm or 68mm slats. All blinds in our Sherwood range have the ends of the slats stained. We offer a choice of control options; if you choose split controls we put the tilt cords on the left and the up and down cord and the cord lock on the right.
Our Expressions range of wood look alike venetian blinds are made from expanded foam pvc. These blinds still have the look of wood but can be used in damp and humid conditions in bathrooms and kitchens. Every blind in the expressions range has an aluminium headrail covered with a colour matched pelmet. The controls are on either side of the blind in this range with the up and down control on the right hand side and the cords used to tilt the slats on the left hand of the blind.
Child safety is extremely important to us so all of our wooden venetian blinds are manufactured with a cord consolidator.
